Privacy Policy

Your characters, prompts, settings and any API key stay in your own browser. We never receive them. There is no account to create and no analytics anywhere.
What stays on your device
Stored in your browser's extension storage and never transmitted to us:
- Saved characters — their names and the reference photos you add.
- Prompt lists, styles and run settings.
- Any Gemini or OpenAI API key you enter for the Prompt Studio.
- Your licence status once a paid plan is activated.
Uninstalling the extension removes all of it from your browser.
What we receive
We run a licence server for the paid plan. When the extension checks your licence it sends only the licence key and a random installation identifier, so we can tell whether the subscription is active and how many devices use it. No prompts, images, characters or Google account details are sent.
If you email us we receive what you write and your address, kept only as long as needed to deal with it.
Payments
Handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle collects your billing details and processes your card; we never see or store card numbers. Paddle shares with us the email attached to a purchase and the subscription's status, so we can issue and verify your licence. Paddle's own privacy policy governs the data it holds.
Google Flow
Aurora Flow operates Google Flow inside your own browser, signed in as you. Prompts and reference images go from your browser to Google exactly as they would if you typed and clicked yourself. They do not pass through us. Google's privacy policy governs what Google does with them.
Gemini and OpenAI
The Prompt Studio is optional. If you enter an API key, your browser talks to Gemini or OpenAI directly using it, and their privacy policies apply. Enter no key and no request is ever made to either.
Analytics and tracking
None. No analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or third-party cookies — not in the extension and not on this website.
Children
Aurora Flow is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 16.
Your rights
Delete everything the extension stores by removing your characters and prompts, or by uninstalling it. To ask what we hold about a purchase, or to have it deleted, email us — bearing in mind Paddle may be required to retain transaction records for tax and accounting.
Changes
If this policy changes the date above changes with it. Material changes are notified by email to paying customers.
