The same character, in every single shot.
Paste a list of prompts and walk away. Aurora Flow runs them through Google Flow one at a time, attaches the right reference photo to each one so the face never drifts, and saves every result to your computer in the order you wrote them.
A Chrome extension. Free to start — no card, no account.
Generating the clip was never the hard part.
Keeping one character's face identical across thirty of them is. So is typing thirty prompts, attaching the right photo to each, waiting, and renaming thirty files so the edit lines up. That is the part Aurora Flow takes.
Characters attach themselves
Save a character once — a name and a photo. Write that name anywhere in a prompt and the right reference is found and attached before the prompt is sent.
Uploaded once, not thirty times
Every character goes into your Flow project at the start of the run. After that they are simply picked by name, so nothing is re-uploaded and nothing duplicates.
Files land in order
Prompt 7 is always Video_007, even when clip 7 finishes before clip 4. Open the folder and the edit is already in sequence.
Up to three characters in one scene
Each one keeps its own face. A reference map is written into the prompt so two characters in the same shot are not blended into one.
Images and video
Works with Flow's image models and its video models, at whichever aspect ratio and duration you have chosen in Flow.
Stop means stop
Press Stop and the run ends there, mid-action if it has to. Pause holds everything, including work already in flight.
Prompt Studio, if you want it
Turn a script or a rough idea into a prompt list using your own Gemini or OpenAI key. The key stays on your machine. Skip it entirely and nothing is ever sent.
Nothing leaves your browser
Characters, prompts and settings live in your own browser storage. There is no account to create and no analytics anywhere in the extension.
Three things, then you leave.
Save your characters
A name and one clear photo each. Name them the way you will write them — MANNY_B, RHODES, LILY_A.
Paste the prompts
One per line, using those names in the text. Pick the model, the ratio and how many outputs you want per prompt.
Press Generate
Characters upload, then prompts go out one at a time. Results download as they finish, numbered to match. Come back to a folder that is ready.

What the price does not cover
Aurora Flow generates nothing itself — it operates Google Flow for you, spending the credits on your own Google account. You need your own access to Google Flow, and Google's limits and charges apply exactly as they would if you clicked through Flow by hand.
Before you install
Two things are worth knowing up front, because Chrome will tell you about one of them in a way that sounds alarming.
Why Chrome shows a permission warning
Google Flow ignores clicks made by a script, so Aurora Flow uses Chrome's debugger permission to send real mouse and keyboard input to your own Flow tab. That is the only way to operate Flow on your behalf. Chrome shows a "being debugged" banner while a run is going; it disappears the moment the run ends. The permission is used only on the Google Flow tab, only while a batch you started is running, and no other tab is touched.
What you need
Chrome, or another Chromium browser with extension support. A Google account that can use Google Flow, with your own credits. Optionally a Gemini or OpenAI API key, only if you want the Prompt Studio.
Questions people actually ask
Does it generate the video itself?
No. Every image and every clip is made by Google Flow, on your account, with your credits. Aurora Flow does the typing, attaching, waiting and saving around it.
What happens when Google changes Flow?
Aurora Flow stops working until an update goes out. Google changes Flow without notice and sometimes often. Keeping up with that is the ongoing work of this product. If it is unusable for more than 72 hours, that billing period is refunded or credited — see the refund policy.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The free plan has no card and no account: two characters, five videos a day, unlimited images. Everything else works the same.
Where do my characters and prompts go?
Into your own browser's storage, and nowhere else. They are never sent to us. Reference photos go from your browser to Google when a run uploads them, exactly as they would if you uploaded them by hand.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time and it will not renew; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. If you want the payment back as well, ask within 14 days and you get it, no reason needed.
Is this made by Google?
No. Aurora Flow is an independent tool, not made, endorsed or supported by Google. "Google Flow" is used only to name the service it works with.
